Website is initially confusing. There seems to be a push towards making patients fill out a form when I just wanted to speak to someone. Not sure why I was given a telephone appointment with a nurse initially who didn’t seem to be able to do anything and then having to wait for an appointment to see a doctor.

Doctor TredGold was a very caring, kind and logical doctor who I felt comfortable to discuss my issues with. I feel he went above and beyond what a doctor is usually required.

I was told there were no appointments for 3 weeks by the receptionist, but after calling the nurse, she was able to book me in same day.
